In order to match with Government policy, Construction 2.0 – Innovation,. Professionalization and Revitalization. HKIWSS express our honor to invite a local based prefabricated parts factory to show us the details of the factory equipment, production mode, and finished product distribution. It will focus on “plant equipment” and “semi-automatic production line”. Introducing the concept of the project and share the results. Through interactive discussions, share the design in MultiTrade integrated MEP (MiMEP) and Design For Manufacturing & Assembly (DfMA), promote the “install before insert” approach and strengthen prefabrication technology to achieve the common goal of manufacturing and building integration, which will bring great benefits to the industry.

Speaker :

Dr. Alex Lee is the founder of Sun Ying PreFrab Product Ltd and currently the Director of Pacific Sense Enterprises Limited.

Dr. Lee holds an Ph.D degree in Business Administration, Master of Science and BEng(Hons). He is a member of various professional institutes such as The Chartered Association of Building Engineers, The Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering, The Hong Kong Institute of Environmentalists, The Australian Institute of Building, The Institution of Fire Engineers, The Chartered Association of Building Engineers etc.

He is well recognized in fields of E & M, fire and building services, maintenance, engineering and consultant services with over 20 years professional experience. With his great achievements in the fields and innovative foresight, he started up Sun Ying PreFrab in 2020 and has promoted the DfMA and MiMEP approaches to keep pace with the quick developing construction and engineering technologies which have contributed great benefits to the industry.

CPD certificate:  Each attendee will receive a Two hours CPD certificate after the technical visit.

Note for Registration:

(1) Registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable.

(4) No refund will be made for no show with confirmed successful enrollment & payment.(5) The seminar will be cancelled when the typhoon signal No. 8 or above, or black storm warning is hoisted 3 hours before commencement of the seminar.
