Payment Method for CPD Charges:

Please issue a cheque payable to “Hong Kong Institute of Water and Sanitation Safety Limited” (或者“香港水務安全學會有限公司”) with the amount of HK$ 50.00.
You should write down your FULL NAME and PHONE NUMBER at the back of the cheque for validation.
The cheque should be mailed to “Room 1710, Technology Part, 18 On Lai Street, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong” (或者”香港新界沙田安麗街18號達利場1710室”).
We will issue the hard copy of CPD certificate with the name provided in Question 8 and mail to the address provided in Question 9.
Please also keep a photocopy for your retention.
